These aren't just decoration, they are meant to harness the energy of the Lightning to make the Monstrosity come to life. As you progress through Obsidian pinnacle you can find 2 Redstone Golems in pools with Obsidian, Water and Lava ! Like how I said that the Arch Illager was trying to build him, it is possible the illagers made Redstone Golems to gather obsidian pinnacle. And how do you get obsidian.with water and lava. The Arch Illager new us (the player) will try to stop him so he ordered his army to gather obsidian to create an unstoppable beast that will destroy us and strengthen his army. As we all know, there is a chance that you will find Obsidian Monstrosity.
